Designing an end-of-line system for products with different formats and weights usually requires more equipment and greater complexity. This installation takes a different approach: a complete line — box forming, case packing, sealing and palletising — built around a single robot that handles both the packing of bottles and jerrycans and their subsequent palletising directly on the stretch wrapper.
The result is an integrated solution that reduces the production footprint, simplifies maintenance and eliminates intermediate transfers, while retaining the flexibility to process formats from 1 to 5 litres on the same line.
Case packing and palletising of bottles and jerrycans
Complete end-of-line system for products ranging from 1-litre bottles to 5-litre jerrycans. A single robot packs the bottles and jerrycans into boxes and then palletises either the boxes or the jerrycans directly on the stretch wrapper.
