Palletising containers with handles presents a challenge that does not exist when palletising boxes: orientation. If the handle is not correctly aligned in each layer, the pallet pattern is disrupted and the process fails. This system solves the problem by integrating the handle-orienting device directly into the robot gripper, with no additional stations or intermediate steps.
The dual-station setup does the rest: while the robot palletises at one station, the operator manually and safely loads or unloads pallets at the other. The workflow never stops.
