When your load does not fit in a standard stretch wrapper, this is the solution.
Standard stretch wrappers have their limits. When your products are tubes, bars or large-format reels, those limits may fall short in terms of dimensions, weight or both. The CE05 is specifically designed for these loads: an automatic cell equipped with a LINE stretch wrapper with an offset column, capable of handling loads up to 4 metres long and weighing up to 1,600 kg on a standard pallet.
With a capacity of 20 pallets per hour and configurable options — such as a centring device, pallet lift, top-sheet film dispenser and weighing scale — the system can be adapted to the level of automation you need, without requiring construction work or special infrastructure.
Stretch wrapper for large loads
Automatic stretch-wrapping cell for loads up to 4 metres long on a standard pallet, equipped with a special LINE stretch wrapper with an offset column.
It can include different options such as a pallet centring device and/or lift, COVER top-sheet dispenser, weighing scale, and more.
