Not all packaging processes can be fully automated — and it doesn’t always make sense to try. In this case, the challenge was to eliminate time-consuming, error-prone mechanical tasks without removing the operator from the filling stage, where human judgment is essential.
The solution: a monoblock system that automatically forms and seals boxes, with an ergonomic filling station in the middle. The operator works at a comfortable, steady pace; the machine does the rest. If the process requires it, the setup can be completed with a semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine.
