Palletising and stretch wrapping bags at the same time, without moving the load from one process to the other.
Bags are among the most difficult loads to palletise: they are heavy, deform easily, and the pallet becomes unstable before it is fully loaded. The usual solution—palletising first and stretch wrapping afterwards—interrupts the workflow and requires the load to be moved twice.
This cell performs both operations in parallel: the robot palletises directly on the stretch wrapper’s turntable and, after a set number of layers, the system progressively wraps the load to stabilise it before continuing. The robot also handles empty pallets at the beginning of the cycle, while completed pallets are discharged automatically. The operator does not need to intervene at any stage of the process.

A simultaneous palletising and stretch-wrapping cell for bags or other unstable loads. Palletising is carried out directly on the wrapper’s turntable and, after a set number of layers, the load is progressively wrapped to improve stability.
The robot itself loads the empty pallet at the start of the cycle. Completed pallets are discharged automatically.
