Bag-in-box: from 3 to 20 litres on the same line, fully automatic.
Bag-in-box casing has a requirement that solid product casing doesn’t: the bag cannot be forced. This cell solves the problem with a gravity-drop system that inserts the bag into the box without direct handling, eliminating breakages and losses in the process.
The same installation handles 3, 5, 10 and 20-litre containers. It forms the box, opens the flaps, inserts the bag and seals it — all in an automatic sequence, at 6 boxes per minute.
